Definitions and Terminology

The following terms used in these Terms have specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the 77ed website, all its sub-pages, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any registered or unregistered person who uses the services on the platform.
• "Account" refers to each user's personal registration profile.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional funds or benefits provided by 77ed.
• "Transaction" refers to all financial activities including deposits, withdrawals, and bets.
• "Services" refers to all casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment activities available on the 77ed platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on the 77ed platform and use any of its services, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Opening and using an account by a minor is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age and may request proof of identity when necessary.

2.2 Account Creation Rules

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a clear violation of these Terms. It is mandatory to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in account termination, and any funds held in that account may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 77ed support immediately.

Financial Transactions and Payments

3.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used to deposit funds on the 77ed platform. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). Please use accurate information when depositing funds into your account. We will not be liable for any errors made during a transaction.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After submitting a withdrawal request, funds will generally reach your mobile banking account within 10–45 minutes. Only bKash, Nagad, or Rocket can be used for withdrawals.

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. 77ed reserves the right to suspend withdrawal requests from any account suspected of fraud.

3.3 Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. If ৳12,000 or more is deposited, the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 will apply, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met to become eligible for withdrawal of bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.

Example: For a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

4.3 Bonus Policy Violations

In the event of a bonus policy violation, 77ed reserves the right to cancel any bonus and forfeit the associated winnings. If the same person claims bonuses through multiple accounts, it will be considered bonus abuse.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77ed platform:

• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using fraudulent tactics against other users.
• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorized technology.
• Using the platform for money laundering in violation of applicable laws.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities may result in 77ed immediately suspending or terminating the account, and we reserve the right to take legal action where necessary.

VIP Program and Rewards

The 77ed VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tiers are determined based on user activity. Weekly cashback benefits increase as users progress to higher tiers.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

77ed reserves the right to change VIP tiers and their associated benefits. VIP benefits apply only to active account holders.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the 77ed platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of 77ed. Reproducing, republishing, or distributing this material without prior written permission from 77ed is prohibited.

Third-party games, logos, and trademarks used on the platform are the property of their respective owners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and other providers.
